1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Brush Ciabatta rolls with the infused olive oil.
3. Slice the San Marzano tomatoes and place on top of the Ciabatta.
4. Cover each roll with the shredded cheese and top off with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese fully melts and the pizzas are golden brown.
